ServiceNow Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects that involve the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions.

• Plan, execute, and manage project activities effectively.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and deliver project progress updates.

• Apply project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Handle project budgets, resources, risks, and schedules proficiently.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in managing IT projects, especially with the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions.

• Strong knowledge of the capabilities and modules of the ServiceNow platform.

• Expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines.

• Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher is required.

• Ability to maintain a fully professional work environment from home.

• Excellent soft skills are essential.
