ServiceNow Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scope and timeline of ServiceNow client projects. Strategically plan resource allocation and scheduling to meet deliverables, manage risks, and maintain budget control.

• Accountable for project reporting, including performance metrics, product quality, and milestone tracking.

• Develop and sustain a productive and collaborative ServiceNow project team.

• Manage stakeholders and issues—clarify complex concepts (such as ServiceNow architecture, licensing implications, and platform capabilities) while anticipating the effects of project decisions.

• Create tailored Project Management Plans along with essential supporting elements (Quality, Configuration, Testing, Change Management, Communication, and Training).

• Supervise ServiceNow release management and platform change management processes in accordance with client governance frameworks.

• Assist in the creation of Statements of Work and responses to RFPs related to ServiceNow services.

• Coordinate dependencies between ServiceNow initiatives and wider digital transformation projects.

• Manage project and resource financials in alignment with organizational goals.

• Drive strategic planning, benefit realization management, and roadmap formulation for ServiceNow projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.

• Proven experience in developing Project Charters and Project Plans.

• Background in delivering ServiceNow implementations across PSDS, Asset Management, IRM, Audit Management, CMDB, or custom applications.

• Self-motivated and quick learner with a strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong customer-facing abilities.

• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
