ServiceNow Project & Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of a ServiceNow transformation for a client based in Western Europe.

• Serve as the Project Manager accountable for the complete delivery of the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate closely with a Polish delivery team and stakeholders located in the Netherlands.

• Partner with the Lead Architect and Delivery Director to enhance and expand the ServiceNow practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project delivery.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role.

• No less than 2 years of practical experience in managing ServiceNow projects.

• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM implementations.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management with a business-centric approach.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with experience working alongside international clients.
