β’ The ServiceNow Platform Owner serves as a strategic technology leader, overseeing the management of the Nasstar ServiceNow/ITSM platform. This position is crucial for ensuring the platform generates measurable business value, facilitates company-wide transformation, and maintains a secure and robust infrastructure.
β’ In this role, you will collaborate extensively with the business to manage and develop the ServiceNow/ITSM roadmap. You will spearhead innovation within our ITSM platform, including the formulation of strategies for AI and Automation. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into platform solutions. Strong business analysis and communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to present effectively to senior stakeholders. You will engage closely with senior leaders throughout the organization.
β’ You will assist the Business User Forum and manage the workloads associated with enhancements and defects. This role requires close collaboration with our Managed Services provider to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality support and development services. You will oversee daily BAU tasks, sprint planning, and system administration, though a background as a ServiceNow Developer is not necessary. Your experience should encompass delivering ITSM projects from requirement gathering through story writing to testing. Familiarity with Agile methodology and development release management is expected.
β’ You will support the business in executing our project roadmap, which includes Expert MSP capability, Workflow operations, Annual upgrades, and the Common Service Data Model. Close cooperation with third-party partners will be essential to ensure these projects provide significant value to our organization.
β’ You will be accountable for the budget related to ServiceNow and will manage our licenses and modules, ensuring they yield good value. Your responsibilities will include version control, upgrades, platform modifications, and routine maintenance schedules. Additionally, you will support commercial and contractual activities across all partners, consultants, and domain customers.

β’ ServiceNow Administrator
β’ Extensive experience with ServiceNow in driving platform growth and transformation
β’ Proven experience in a leadership role with ServiceNow
β’ Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and enterprise module functionalities
β’ Experience managing the broader platform, including roadmap development, business requirements, and oversight of our outsourcing partner
