ServiceNow Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define and document the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.

• Facilitate technical design sessions and provide mentorship to development teams.

• Create and implement smooth integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Establish comprehensive platform governance policies and review coding standards.

• Present technical solutions to senior management and key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of extensive, hands-on experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, and ITBM.

• Demonstrated experience in designing complex system integrations and platform security architecture.

• A collaborative communicator capable of guiding technical teams.
