ServiceNow Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Define and uphold the technical architecture for Boomi's ServiceNow ecosystem, including CSM, SPM, CM Pro, as well as the CRM, CPQ, and PRM suites.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs and ServiceNow configurations.

• Establish and implement development standards, conduct code reviews, and promote technical best practices.

• Define Boomi's instance strategy.

• Lead the technical design for intricate integrations, custom applications, and automated workflows across various modules (CSM, CRM, CPQ, etc.).

• Stay informed about ServiceNow releases to assess new features.

• Mentor developers, set the technical benchmark, and cultivate internal expertise in ServiceNow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with ServiceNow in architect-level positions.

• Strong expertise in CMDB/CSDM, Flow Designer, scoped application development, and performance governance.

• Exceptional mentoring skills with a proven history of developing teams of developers.

• Strong technical judgment.

• Extensive experience in designing enterprise integrations such as LDAP, SSO, SCIM, Mid-Servers, and REST/SOAP.

• Outstanding ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and transform business requirements into actionable platform designs.
