This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• The ServiceNow & Jira Administrator is tasked with the management, support, configuration, and selective development of the ServiceNow and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) platforms.

• Serve as the chief platform owner, ensuring that both ecosystems are stable, well-governed, and subject to continuous improvement.

• Prioritize a configuration-first approach while also providing lightweight development, scripting, and integrations as necessary.

• Oversee the administration and support of the ServiceNow and Jira platforms.

• Manage users, roles, groups, permissions, and access governance protocols.

• Supervise platform health, upgrades, and coordination of releases.

• Uphold platform standards, naming conventions, and governance controls.

• Configure forms, fields, workflows, and approval processes.

• Manage SLAs, notifications, queues, and assignment rules effectively.

• Deliver enhancements through organized intake and release cycles.

• Develop business rules, client scripts, and UI policies for ServiceNow.

• Support API integrations utilizing REST and webhooks.

• Provide L2/L3 support for issues related to the platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in administering ServiceNow and/or Jira.

• Robust understanding of ITSM / ITIL and Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in configuration, automation, and basic scripting.

• Familiarity with REST APIs or webhooks.

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

• Atlassian certifications are preferred.

• Experience with CMDB / CSDM is preferred.

• Exposure to Integration Hub or MID Server is preferred.
