This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM by utilizing UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Design, develop, and implement intricate workflows and process automations employing Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Support and optimize capabilities such as ITSM, ITOM, Analytics, CMDB, and Discovery throughout the platform.
• Provide architectural insights and contribute to the long-term growth and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain Scripted REST APIs within scoped applications.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and sustain ServiceNow scripting solutions using Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JDBC.
• Design and create custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, and engage in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Manage update sets, platform upgrades, and patch deployments while minimizing business impact.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation that includes configurations, process flows, integrations, and operational procedures.
• 4+ years of practical experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (both client-side and server-side), Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing Scripted REST APIs within scoped applications.
• Strong aptitude for developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining ServiceNow scripts for both client-side and server-side components.
• Hands-on experience with Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related platform functionalities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
