This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, encompassing Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM modules.
• Develop and tailor IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports to improve user experience and data visibility.
• Construct and uphold client-side and server-side scripts utilizing Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
• Execute system administration responsibilities, including configuration adjustments, user support, upgrades, and management of environments.
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and convert business, risk, and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and document architectural elements such as data/object models, technical workflow diagrams, and access control frameworks.
• Generate user stories, epics, UI mock-ups, and supporting documentation to promote agile delivery.
• Lead training and knowledge transfer sessions for support teams and end users on complex configurations.
• Assist in governance initiatives, including the collection of audit-ready evidence, change/release management, documentation, and role-based access controls.
• Enhance SecOps capabilities by supporting modules such as Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
• 3-8 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules and their execution.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs for scripting and customization.
• Experience in developing workspaces and portals within ServiceNow.
• Established track record in API-based integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, GDPR).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and GRC/IRM-related CIS certifications.
• Experience with performance tuning, large-scale data ingestion, and optimization methods.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, communication, and presentation.
