ServiceNow IRM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes and risk management needs to create solutions utilizing ServiceNow IRM modules.

• Set up and tailor ServiceNow IRM components including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management.

• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

• Oversee implementation projects, manage schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of IRM solutions.

• Offer training and support to end-users and administrators of the ServiceNow IRM platform.

• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver insights into risk posture and compliance status.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and enhancements to the ServiceNow IRM platform to continuously refine solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.

• In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.

• Proven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules.

• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript for ServiceNow customization.

• Strong communication skills with the capability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience in project management and the ability to lead implementation efforts.

• ServiceNow IRM or related certifications are advantageous.
