ServiceNow HR Associate Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist with the initiation of projects by preparing pre-work questionnaires and developing workshop agendas.

• Aid in conducting discovery and design workshops throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Help identify client business procedures and the service delivery requirements of employees.

• Support the analysis of discrepancies between current and future state processes.

• Contribute to the creation of repeatable, high-value processes and enhance employee experiences.

• Provide guidance and support for the implementation of processes.

• Write and conduct peer reviews of user stories to facilitate technical configuration.

• Oversee, design, and/or manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as outlined in the statement of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of ServiceNow CSA Certification.

• Fundamental skills in workshop facilitation.

• Basic knowledge and application of process design principles.

• Capacity to learn discipline-specific software such as Lucid, Visio, or similar tools.

• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables in a team-oriented environment.

• Skill in delivering design-related items that are comprehensive, of high quality, timely, and yield valuable outcomes.
