ServiceNow Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our ServiceNow Architect to develop and implement a scalable, enterprise-level platform designed specifically for healthcare insurance operations.

• Transform the Architect’s design blueprints into functional solutions by configuring, developing, testing, and deploying the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) modules.

• Customize and implement HCLS modules (Member Services, Provider Relations, Utilization Management) according to design specifications.

• Construct case management workflows utilizing CSM case stages, SLAs, and assignment rules.

• Enhance the Customer Service Portal and portals for Members/Providers using Service Portal Designer and UI Builder.

• Create integrations through REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub spokes, and MID Server for secure data transfer with AWS Data Lake, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and external claims systems.

• Manage application lifecycle processes using Git, Jenkins (or Azure DevOps), and ServiceNow Update Sets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in ServiceNow development/implementation, particularly with CSM and HCLS modules.

• Extensive knowledge of scoped applications, Update Sets, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI Builder.

• Proficient in JavaScript (both server-side and client-side), HTML, CSS, and AngularJS/Foundation (for older portals).

• Experienced with ServiceNow APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.

• Practical experience with REST/SOAP integrations, sFTP, and event-driven architectures.

• Familiarity with AWS services (such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway) and Microsoft Graph API.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Knowledge of health insurance procedures (claims, enrollment, utilization management).
