This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversees client-facing implementation projects
• Ensures successful delivery in ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM environments
• Manages the complete engagement process with pre-sales support
• Converts business requirements into effective solutions
• Offers advisory and implementation services
• Configures the platform and applications following best practices
• Provides training and education to clients on various solutions
• Delivers support after go-live
• Fosters relationships with team members and clients
• Records comprehensive requirements documentation
• 3–5 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologies
• Strong background in ITSM and ITOM
• Experience in delivering ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow development principles (e.g., scripting, configuration vs. customization, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and ensure accountability through to project completion
• Experience in an Agile delivery model, including requirements gathering, development, and testing
• Engagement management experience, covering planning, reporting, delivery, and project closure
• Previous experience in IT Operations beyond ServiceNow-specific roles
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
