This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversees client-facing implementations and ensures successful delivery within ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM environments.
• Merges end-to-end engagement ownership with pre-sales assistance, encompassing solution design, scoping, and proposal formulation.
• Suggests and implements solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Organizes and conducts workshops.
• Advocates for process standardization and operational efficiencies.
• Identifies and records detailed requirements.
• Crafts process solutions.
• Delivers advisory and implementation services and solutions.
• Configures the platform and applications.
• Trains, empowers, and educates the client on the provided solution.
• Offers support after the go-live phase.
• 3–5 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience with ITSM and ITOM.
• Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
• Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow development principles (e.g., scripting, configuration vs. customization, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and ensure accountability through project completion.
• Experience operating within an Agile delivery framework, including requirements gathering, development, and testing.
• Experience in engagement management, covering planning, reporting, delivery, and project closure.
• Strong consultative skills with the capacity to articulate business process enhancements clearly and effectively.
