ServiceNow Development – SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development, configuration, and maintenance of solutions within the FSO module, ensuring they meet business requirements;

• Design and execute integrations between ServiceNow and corporate systems utilizing REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or middleware;

• Create and tailor Service Portals, widgets, and user interfaces;

• Collaborate with architecture, governance, and business teams to implement best practices;

• Conduct technical analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;

• Prepare and update technical documentation for the solutions and workflows implemented;

• Assist with rollout projects, upgrades, and ongoing improvements on the platform;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English;

• Demonstrated experience with the FSO and/or CSM module;

• In-depth understanding of integrations (REST, SOAP, API Management, IntegrationHub);

• Background in developing and customizing Service Portals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS);

• Expertise in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Data Policies;

• Experience in agile, cross-functional work environments;
