ServiceNow Development – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Senior-level expert collaborating with ServiceNow.

• App Engine, ensuring platform customization and alignment with the organization’s specific requirements;

• Development and customization of ServiceNow portals, utilizing modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, etc.) to deliver an intuitive and responsive user experience;

• Collaborate closely with business units and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust, scalable, high-performance solutions;

• Ensure that developed solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and quality standards, prioritizing security, performance, and usability;

• Execute system integrations with various platforms and databases using ServiceNow’s native capabilities, including REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration tools;

• Create and implement solutions utilizing ServiceNow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on App Engine and front-end (portal) development;

• Advanced Technical Knowledge: extensive familiarity with ServiceNow tools and technologies, including App Engine, Service Portal, Widgets, REST APIs, and integration with external systems;

• Front-End Skills: expertise in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React for building custom portals;

• Solution Architecture and Design: substantial experience in solution architecture, targeting the creation of scalable, high-performance systems;

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CAD, CTA, CMA, or other associated certifications, are an advantage.
