• Design and configure solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform

• Engage in the implementation of integrations between various systems

• Assist in defining and enforcing best practices for development

• Take part in the technical validation of features and deliverables

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of the platform's performance and reliability

• Provide support and advance ITSM-related processes
