ServiceNow Developer – CMDB, Now Assist AI – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and sustain applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and best practices of the platform;

• Customize and configure ServiceNow components, such as Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Data Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog;

• Execute and oversee ITSM processes including Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, and Problem Management;

• Manage and enhance the CMDB, which encompasses configuration classes, relationships, asset discovery, and data integrity;

• Create REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, custom endpoints, and connections with corporate systems and external platforms;

• Develop and improve portals, workspaces, user interfaces, and self-service solutions using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Virtual Agent;

• Implement automations, task routing, approval flows, and enhancements in operational processes;

• Engage in security, governance, access control, and compliance initiatives on the platform;

• Design dashboards, reports, operational metrics, performance indicators, and data certification processes;

• Collaborate on integrations and solutions involving AWS, Salesforce, Active Directory, Ansible, Tangoe, and other enterprise platforms;

• Generate technical documentation, perform unit and regression testing, assist with acceptance testing, and support production deployments;

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with agile teams and stakeholders to deliver ServiceNow solutions;

• Additional routine responsibilities within the scope of the role.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing on ServiceNow across various modules;

• In-depth knowledge of CMDB, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal;

• Awareness of Now Assist and Customer Service Delivery (CSD);

• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations;

• Background working in Agile/SCRUM teams;

• Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Now Assist;

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow administration and configuration management;

• Capability to translate intricate business requirements into technical solutions;

• Experience with integration technologies and API development;

• Required: Bachelor's degree (completed higher education);

• Preferred: Certified System Administrator (CSA);

• Certified Application Developer (CAD);

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, HRSD, or CSM;

• Now Assist certification;

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA);

• Micro-certifications such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, or Performance Analytics;

• Language proficiency: Advanced spoken English (an interview will be conducted in this language).
