This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Development, customization, and configuration of ServiceNow modules in ITSM and SPM.
• Administration of the system, including user, role, ACL, and platform table management.
• Creation and maintenance of workflows, notifications, and scripts (such as Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts).
• Engagement in requirements gathering and technical design discussions with the client team.
• Assistance with integration of external tools through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Preparation of technical documentation for developments and configurations.
• At least 2 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• A valid and current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification at the time of application.
• Proven experience in administering ServiceNow instances (System Admin).
• Functional and technical expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Conversational upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+).
• Options for remote work.
