ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on the ITSM module.

• Develop and improve Service Catalog items.

• Enhance the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal.

• Implement global configuration updates on the platform.

• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

• Conduct CMDB cleanup and enhance data quality initiatives.

• Act as a trusted consultant on ServiceNow best practices and opportunities for platform optimization.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Support ongoing platform enhancements and operational assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow.

• Profound understanding of the ITSM module.

• Proven experience in building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow (required).

• Familiarity with Service Catalog.

• Experience with Workflows.

• Background in Employee Service Center (ESC).

• Proficient in Reporting and Dashboards.

• Knowledgeable in CMDB administration and cleanup.

• Experience in platform configuration and enhancement tasks.

• Familiarity with CAD integrations (preferred).

• Knowledge of GIS integrations (preferred).

• Broader experience in ServiceNow architecture or platform governance (preferred).

• Ability to evaluate current processes and suggest improvements (preferred).

• Highly responsive, reliable, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders in a virtual environment.
