This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Design and sustain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary emphasis on the ITSM module.

• Develop and enhance items within the Service Catalog.

• Provide support for improvements to the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal.

• Implement global configuration changes across the platform.

• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

• Conduct CMDB cleanup and initiatives to enhance data quality.

• Act as a reliable advisor on best practices for ServiceNow and opportunities for platform optimization.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Assist with continual platform enhancements and provide operational support.

• Proven hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow.

• In-depth knowledge of the ITSM module.

• Required experience in building and maintaining REST API integrations within ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with Service Catalog.

• Experience in managing Workflows.

• Knowledge of the Employee Service Center (ESC).

• Proficiency in Reporting and Dashboards.

• Experience with CMDB administration and data cleanup.

• Background in platform configuration and enhancement efforts.

• Preferred experience with CAD integrations.

• Preferred experience with GIS integrations.

• Broader experience in ServiceNow architecture or platform governance is preferred.

• Ability to evaluate current processes and suggest improvements is preferred.
