ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a primary emphasis on the ITSM module.

• Develop and refine Service Catalog items.

• Enhance the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal.

• Implement global platform configuration updates.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

• Conduct CMDB cleanup and initiatives to improve data quality.

• Act as a trusted advisor regarding ServiceNow best practices and opportunities for platform optimization.

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Support ongoing platform advancements and operational assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow.

• Thorough understanding of the ITSM module.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining REST API integrations within ServiceNow (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Service Catalog.

• Knowledge of Workflows.

• Experience with the Employee Service Center (ESC).

• Proficiency in Reporting and Dashboards.

• Competence in CMDB administration and cleanup tasks.

• Experience in platform configuration and enhancement activities.

• Familiarity with CAD integrations (preferred).

• Experience with GIS integrations (preferred).

• Broader knowledge of ServiceNow architecture or platform governance (preferred).

• Ability to evaluate current processes and suggest enhancements (preferred).
