This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to propose sustainable solutions within ServiceNow.
• Address technical and application configuration inquiries, providing guidance on "how to" implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system design and operational documentation.
• Provide Level 4 (Developer level) support for our applications.
• Engage in bug fixing, troubleshooting issues, unit testing, and coding tasks.
• Create and sustain technical documentation to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform research on system features to address business challenges and offer solution recommendations.
• Analyze current programs and devise logic for new systems.
• Develop patches, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with users, stakeholders, and fellow developers to create outstanding scalable applications.

• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, with the capacity to communicate solutions and findings in English.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail for each.
• Strong analytical abilities to collect, organize, disseminate, and present substantial amounts of information with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and the rationale behind them.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow technologies, including workflows, flow designer, forms, scripted integrations (REST/SOAP/JDBC/etc.), ACLs, UI pages, tables, and script includes.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery, and out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, and portal development, with a willingness to learn new ServiceNow technologies as they become available.
• In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow data schema and underlying tables.
• A strong capacity for creative problem-solving and generating exceptional solutions to complex challenges.
