ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and tailor solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily focusing on the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management).

• Design and enhance workflows utilizing Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

• Create and sustain robust integrations (REST/SOAP, Web Services, Mid Server) connecting ServiceNow with external systems.

• Play a key role in the design and improvement of modern service portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

• Ensure code quality, optimize platform performance, and comply with ServiceNow governance and architecture best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a developer on the ServiceNow platform, with practical projects in the ITSM module.

• Proficient JavaScript skills (crucial for platform scripting), along with a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frameworks like AngularJS (for Service Portal).

• Hands-on experience in building APIs and system integrations.

• Experience collaborating in teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• ITSM-specific certifications (CIS-ITSM) are considered a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with other modules (ITOM, CSM, or HRSD) is seen as beneficial.
