ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and personalize ServiceNow applications utilizing Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog UI Scripts.

• Leverage Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for automation and process orchestration.

• Create Scoped Applications and reusable components that adhere to ServiceNow best practices.

• Ensure system performance, optimize queries, and execute scripts efficiently.

• Develop role-based access controls (ACLs) to safeguard HR data privacy and security.

• Implement and enhance HR Case Management, HR Knowledge, HR Lifecycle Events, and Employee Document Management.

• Configure HR Profiles, HR Templates, and Case Forms to align with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, leave, and benefits.

• Design HR Service Catalog items featuring guided forms, approval flows, and fulfillment tasks.

• Execute document generation and e-signature integrations with DocuSign and Adobe Sign.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and management.

• Practical experience in launching and overseeing multiple HRSD and integration services.

• Proactively mentor team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Strong development and scripting capabilities in ServiceNow, especially with JavaScript.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Glide JavaScript libraries.

• Experience with custom layouts using AngularJS.

• Proven experience in developing scoped applications.

• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative without explicit guidance.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional and multinational teams across various time zones.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience integrating third-party applications with ServiceNow.
