This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of ServiceNow IRM and CAM functionalities within a Federal cybersecurity framework.
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that facilitate RMF, cybersecurity workflows, and the lifecycle management of authorization packages.
• Set up IRM/GRC applications, CAM Workspace, Service Catalog components, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications.
• Create custom applications, tables, automation processes, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Aid in the configuration of the Employee Center portal, data migration tasks, UAT, deployments, and documentation efforts.
• Engage in Agile/SCRUM activities and offer training and knowledge transfer assistance.
• Over 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or CAM implementations.
• Proficient in configuring workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Service Catalog.
• Experience in building custom ServiceNow applications and supporting RMF, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management workflows.
• Familiarity with Employee Center, Service Portal, or Workspace development.
• Experience with CSV/JSON data imports and transformation maps.
• Strong skills in Agile methodologies, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications are preferred.
