This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications and modules within ServiceNow.
• Administer and provide support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal stability, performance, and security.
• Oversee platform upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Monitor system health and resolve platform-related issues.
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules effectively.
• Create workflows, flows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with process owners to refine ITSM processes and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain pages, widgets, themes, and custom components for the ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Enhance user experience through the development of responsive and intuitive portal designs.
• Build custom portal functionalities using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Assist in enhancing the service catalog and self-service capabilities.
• Create and sustain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems utilizing REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Implement automation solutions aimed at reducing manual effort and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Support data imports, transformations, and the execution of scheduled jobs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to assist with operational and management reporting.
• Establish metrics and KPIs for service management processes.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Engage in platform governance, documentation, code reviews, and change management procedures.
• Offer technical guidance and support to both administrators and end users.
• Proven experience in supporting a production ServiceNow instance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Experience in developing and customizing the Service Portal.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, Discovery, or Asset Management.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
