ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automation processes

• Create and manage integrations utilizing IntegrationHub, APIs, and middleware solutions

• Assist in ServiceBridge and eBonding configurations alongside clients

• Diagnose platform issues and facilitate enhancements

• Adhere to established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing, and documentation practices

• Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to fulfill requirements

• Engage in code review sessions and quality assurance activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT Services

• More than 3 years of development experience with ServiceNow

• Strong proficiency in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies

• Knowledge of ITSM processes and Managed Services workflows

• ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification is a plus

• Experience with enterprise-level integrations and automation efforts

• Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-tenant environments

• Open to a long-term remote work arrangement

• Willing to commit to a permanent night shift schedule
