This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, debug, and manage the Bell Canada ServiceNow instance.
• Collaborate with various functional teams, business units, and vendors to support end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability and adaptability to new technologies with a strong inclination toward innovation.
• Handle coding and integration tasks between applications and custom REST API endpoints.
• Utilize Kafka to transmit messages through the ServiceNow Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• At least 5 years of experience in scripting using JavaScript.
• A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test-Driven Design, with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
• At least 5 years of robust experience in unit testing, Test-Driven Development, code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) are advantageous.
• Experience with the ServiceNow Field Service Management module.
• Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with code management tools (GIT) and potentially automation/orchestration tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• A team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
