This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the setup of ITSM Incident Management.
β’ Create, develop, and implement a detailed migration plan from Oracle Service Cloud to ServiceNow.
β’ Configure the Knowledge Management system to facilitate multi-tier access control.
β’ Execute the migration of existing Survey configurations along with historical CSAT data.
β’ Conduct data migrations for historical Incidents, Knowledge Bases, and User records.
β’ Build Service Portal widgets, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
β’ Implement sophisticated Reference Qualifiers and User Criteria.
β’ Design and set up Reports and Dashboards customized for various user personas.
β’ Must be a Citizen or a valid Green Card holder, and eligible for Public Trust Clearance.
β’ ServiceNow Expertise: Over 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Configurator with extensive knowledge of ITSM and Service Portal.
β’ Knowledge Architecture: Proven experience in establishing Knowledge Base hierarchies with intricate User Criteria for both internal and external visibility.
β’ Survey Analytics: Practical experience with ServiceNow Survey Management, including migrating legacy survey scores and performing trend analysis.
β’ Reporting Mastery: Capability to develop complex multi-table reports, Performance Analytics indicators, and interactive dashboards.
β’ Technical Stack: Strong skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP), HTML, and CSS/SCSS for Portal development.
