ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Development of custom applications.

• Configuration of modules including ITSM, HR, SecOps, CMDB, and bespoke applications.

• Integration with external systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.

• Assistance with testing and go-live processes.

• Creation of documentation and transfer of knowledge.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and API integration with other systems.

• Migration of ServiceNow configurations/customizations across environments.

• Implementation of best practices for managing ServiceNow instances and optimizing performance.

• Offering end-user support and training on ServiceNow functionalities.

• Keeping up-to-date with the capabilities and best practices of the ServiceNow platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in development on the ServiceNow platform.

• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow data models, APIs, security architecture, and scripting features.

• Preferred ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, or similar).

• Experience with ServiceNow AI is preferred.
