ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules to fulfill business requirements throughout the contract duration, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and comprehend requirements, converting them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform within the specified project timeline.

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to improve system functionality and user experience during the contract period.

• Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to guarantee seamless data flow and process automation within the project's timeframe.

• Produce comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals, while adhering to the project schedule.

• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance within the designated contract period.

• Keep updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices, integrating them into development processes within the set timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a documented history of successful project implementations on a contractual basis.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly preferred.

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and various web development technologies.

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of the platform architecture.
