This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Tasked with analyzing business processes and pinpointing opportunities for automation.

• Practical experience in implementation is required.

• Responsible for the configuration and customization of ServiceNow platforms.

• Manages the integration of ServiceNow solutions with other systems.

• Provides training for customers and end users in utilizing ServiceNow.

• Coordinates and leads digitalization projects.

• Assesses existing operational processes and promotes continuous improvement aligned with the IT service strategy.

• A degree in Business Informatics or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong technical proficiency in common web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality services with an emphasis on SLAs and performance standards.

• Experience in developing lean and efficient processes.

• A user-centered approach with the ability to empathize with users.

• Excellent command of both German and English, in written and spoken form.
