📋 Description

• Oversee the technical development and configuration of the ServiceNow MVP for the Single-Pathway Issue-Resolution platform.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows within ServiceNow.

• Take ownership of ServiceNow-native analytics and reporting as a core responsibility.

• Configure and assist with Performance Analytics data sources and indicators.

• Convert stakeholder reporting inquiries into actionable metrics within ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Utilize Jira for managing user stories, tracking tasks, and updating development progress.

• Aid in the development of test cases and support User Acceptance Testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development.

• Strong expertise in both Service Portal and core platform ServiceNow development.

• Hands-on experience in creating reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions directly within ServiceNow.

• Capability to perform the dual role of development and analytics/reporting.

• Experience in regulated IT environments, preferably within federal healthcare or the VA OIT system.

• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
