This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design and manage ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules.
• Implement platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature activation in accordance with roadmap goals and governance standards.
• Deliver advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Assist business and IT stakeholders in defining requirements and transforming them into robust, scalable solutions.
• Drive improvements in CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with services.
• Develop and enhance platform processes, standards, and documentation for an evolving and mature instance.
• Track platform usage and performance, identifying avenues for automation, optimization, and improved user experience.
• Keep precise technical documentation, knowledge articles, and configuration inventories up to date.
• Over 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, preferably supporting multiple ITSM-related modules (ITSM, CSM, SOM is preferred).
• Strong practical experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), Flow Designer, UI policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Proven track record of enhancing CMDB governance, data models, relationship mapping, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with platform architecture, upgrade planning, best practice methodologies, and lifecycle management for a growing instance.
• Comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes with a demonstrated ability to instill structure within developing ITSM environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in diagnosing intricate ServiceNow issues across various modules.
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional CIS certifications (CSM, ITSM, Discovery, or SOM) are highly valued.
