• Accountable for the overall design and alignment of client business requirements to technical systems requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate current processes and tools.

• Identify potential solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Establish the requirements for the ServiceNow solution.

• Determine and define integration specifications.

• Create comprehensive architecture and implementation strategies.

• Extensive hands-on design and deployment experience with ServiceNow.

• Experience in implementing IT service management solutions.

• Familiarity with each client's unique circumstances.

• Proficient in creating and delivering business case presentations.

• Experience in scoping and executing Proof of Concept / Proof of Value projects.

• Skilled in front-end and/or back-end technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.).

• Lead developer for an array of clients across diverse applications.

• Engage with clients to address outstanding issues.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues on technical and procedural matters.

• Analyze and troubleshoot to showcase technical and professional competencies.

• Serve as the ServiceNow subject matter expert during executive briefings and marketing events.
