This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Ensure the precise development, implementation, and upkeep of the CMDB to support IT service management processes.
• Guide, educate, and mentor essential stakeholders in the development and maintenance of configuration management services, concepts, policies, and procedures to provide accurate reporting and metrics as required.
• Offer advice and support during system deployments to ensure that the implications of changes across configuration items are recognized and managed effectively.
• Produce reports and insights from the CMDB to facilitate decision-making and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• **Required Skills and Experience**
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing a CMDB within ServiceNow.
• Experience in constructing CMDBs in the technology sector or within technical teams of a large, global organization.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow configuration management and Service Mapping.
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and principles of data management.
• **Education**
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
