This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Convert business needs into user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Partner closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, administrators, and QA teams during implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Aid in the management of requirements and collaboration sessions utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Evaluate existing business processes and suggest improvements based on ServiceNow best practices.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Utilize diagramming tools to create mockups and workflows for requirement elicitation.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business users.
• Assist with testing activities, including test case creation, defect tracking, and validation.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic, client-facing solution delivery environment.
• More than 4 years of recent experience in an Agile development setting as a business analyst (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• At least 4 years of experience in facilitating requirements gathering, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and capturing client requirements and feedback.
• 4+ years of practical experience working on projects involving the ServiceNow Platform, Jira, and Confluence.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.
• At least 1 year of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or a Green Card holder.
