ServiceNow Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to grasp their requirements, documenting those needs, and converting them into functional specifications for IT solutions.

• Developing Business Cases that detail the benefits, costs, and potential risks linked to the implementation of solutions.

• Supporting client demonstrations, working sessions, and workshops.

• Contributing to projects and programs that may explore future concepts, products, and technologies.

• Partnering with technical teams to design IT solutions, producing system documentation, knowledge articles, flowcharts, and diagrams to ensure effective communication and clarity.

• Assisting in the creation of test plans, executing testing activities, and confirming that developed solutions adhere to the specified requirements and quality standards.

• Tracking system performance, gathering user feedback, and pinpointing areas for enhancement, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of IT solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in translating business processes into ITSM platforms, preferably with experience in the ServiceNow platform.

• Ability to discuss business requirements regarding integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.

• Certified System Administrator is preferred.

• Previous development and/or architecture experience is strongly preferred.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong project and situational awareness.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills.
