ServiceNow Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Effectively gather and analyze business requirements to design solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop comprehensive documentation, which includes business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate workshops and deliver clear and concise reports.

• Identify business needs and convert them into technical solutions.

• Ensure that ServiceNow implementations are in line with organizational objectives and improve operational efficiency.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and ServiceNow configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for experience on the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business needs and transform them into technical solutions.

• Expertise in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders, conducting workshops, and producing clear and concise reports.

• Experience in business process modeling and improvement, ensuring that ServiceNow implementations meet organizational goals and boost operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher is mandatory.

• Ability to maintain a professional work environment while working from home.
