ServiceNow Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Enhance the capabilities and functionality of the platform within the current ServiceNow instance for the FAA using agile development in a client-focused role.

• Collaborate with FAA and SAIC stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and communicate timelines and schedules.

• Support the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities that align with enterprise strategic objectives.

• Develop and enhance the functionality of previously implemented ServiceNow modules to optimize workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience.

• Encourage interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories.

• Utilize Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to oversee ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.

• Ensure configurations and architectural decisions are in accordance with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Advocate for FAA business process reengineering and standardization to enhance service delivery efficiency, minimize technical debt, and foster innovation.

• Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition materials, and training resources for enterprise-scale operations and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with 3 years of relevant experience; an Associate's Degree in Information Technology with 10 years of relevant experience; or a High School diploma with 11 years of relevant experience.

• MCSA Certification.

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations.

• Background in IT projects utilizing the PMI framework.

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has lived in the U.S. for at least 3 years and has the ability to obtain a public trust.

• ServiceNow certifications (preferred).

• Scrum Master/Agile experience (preferred).

• Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software (preferred).
