Business Analyst – Integration Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the development of requirements, analyze workflows, and oversee system integration efforts across claims, eligibility, provider data, member services, and financial operations.

• Partner with technical teams, operational subject matter experts, system vendors, quality assurance testers, and government representatives.

• Facilitate cross-system alignment and ensure a smooth Transition-In.

• Lead issue resolution and validation of integration processes.

• Manage comprehensive end-to-end testing procedures.

• Assess data flows and confirm system behaviors.

• Guarantee interoperability, accuracy, consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across third-party administrator components.

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the business and supporting mission outcomes for the World Trade Center Health Program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training, certifications, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; experience in healthcare, payer systems, or federal program operations is preferred.

• Proficiency in requirements management.

• Experience in workflow analysis.

• Familiarity with EDI integrations.

• Knowledge of APIs.

• Experience with claims and eligibility systems.

• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Must possess MBI (T2) security clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Ability to coordinate effectively across technical and operational teams.

• Experience in validating system outputs.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.

• Knowledge of secure handling of PHI/PII.

• Familiarity with federal program compliance requirements.

• Willingness to travel 0–10% as required.
