This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Engage extensively with stakeholders through interviews and workshops to convert intricate business requirements into concise, actionable technical specifications.
• Evaluate current business processes, outline future workflows, and propose ServiceNow best practices to reduce friction.
• Collaborate closely with developers to formulate user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that ensure seamless execution.
• Design test plans, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and confirm that deployments align perfectly with business requirements.
• Develop compelling training materials and conduct sessions to facilitate smooth platform integration, while offering ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends to continually suggest platform enhancements.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable.
• Expertise in MS Office, project management tools, and techniques for gathering requirements.
