This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather, document, and validate both business and functional requirements.
• Convert business needs into user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Partner closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, administrators, and QA teams throughout implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in managing requirements and facilitating collaboration sessions using tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements based on ServiceNow best practices.
• Effectively communicate with a diverse range of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and maintain documentation, which includes BRDs, process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Utilize diagramming tools to create mockups and workflows to elicit requirements.
• Lead workshops, meetings, demos, and UAT sessions with business users.
• Aid in testing activities, including test case creation, defect tracking, and validation.
• Provide end-user support and training as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic client-facing solution delivery environment.
• More than 4 years of recent experience working as a business analyst in an Agile development setting (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• At least 4 years of experience facilitating requirements gathering, conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and capturing client requirements and feedback.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with projects on the ServiceNow Platform, as well as JIRA and Confluence.
• At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or Green Card holder, and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.) due to federal contract regulations.
• Candidates must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust with the government.
