This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Facilitate technical workshops and gather requirements with both business and IT stakeholders.

• Create and uphold architectural standards, roadmaps, and comprehensive documentation.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

• Ensure the platform's scalability, performance, and security are maintained.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with various enterprise systems.

• Keep abreast of ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending their adoption when suitable.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2+ years in an architect role.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and custom applications.

• Strong comprehension of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and APIs.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Understanding of the ITIL framework and associated processes.

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide Script.

• Experience with integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with the Field Service Management (FSM) module is a plus.
