ServiceNow AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and architect AI solutions using ServiceNow.

• Implement IT operations that are assisted by AI and autonomous in nature.

• Create workflows for AI/agentic systems, including conversational AI and automation of workflows.

• Automate processes related to incident triage, resolution, and operations at the service desk.

• Integrate the ServiceNow platform with Moveworks AI Assistant.

• Develop capabilities for knowledge generation and AI-driven search functionalities.

• Establish governance for AI, including operating models and practices for risk and compliance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture and facilitate enterprise integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of professional experience.

• Proficiency with the ServiceNow AI Platform.

• Familiarity with Now Assist.

• Knowledge of AI Control Tower.

• Experience with Moveworks AI Assistant.

• Understanding of Predictive Intelligence.

• Expertise in Workflow Data Fabric.

• Skills in designing AI/Agentic workflows.

• Proficiency in Conversational AI.

• Experience in Workflow Automation.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted and autonomous operations.

• Capabilities in knowledge generation and AI search.

• Experience in automating incident triage and resolution.

• Skills in automating service desk operations.

• Familiarity with ITSM / ITOM methodologies.

• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture.

• Understanding of AI governance and operating models.

• Knowledge of risk and compliance considerations for AI.

• Experience with enterprise integration, particularly between ServiceNow and Moveworks.

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and solution architecture.
