This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Play a vital role in facilitating change management initiatives and addressing business challenges.
• Oversee the health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its associated applications.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.
• Comprehend how ServiceNow can enhance client efficiency and tailor the platform to deliver measurable advantages.
• Manage application and platform upgrades.
• Develop systems integrations and automate processes.
• Configure and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), catalog items, and their related workflows.
• Provide general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform and related applications.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business partners to configure and enhance core platform functionalities in line with ITIL best practices.
• Configure role-based workspaces.
• Set up AI Skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or above).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
• Proven expertise with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, and knowledge management applications.
• Knowledge and experience in configuring Workspaces.
• Background in IT service management; ITIL certification is preferred (ITIL v3-v5 Certification).
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to software applications.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Applies standard methodologies, techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Capable of analyzing raw data, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and producing meaningful documentation for testing scenarios and outcomes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and technological advancements relevant to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting integration management, security, and application-related issues.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
• Practical experience with AI Skill configuration.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI workflow will be a plus.
• Experience in configuring multiple data sources and integrating with external tools for ServiceNow AI.
