This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Configure and tailor ServiceNow modules, which includes setting up forms, workflows, notifications, and user roles.
• Conduct regular system upkeep, encompassing upgrades, patches, and routine tasks.
• Oversee user roles, groups, permissions, and techniques for data import/export.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues to ensure the system operates optimally.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect requirements, assess business needs, and implement suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as configuration guides, user manuals, and process documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a comparable position.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices for configuration and customization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• In-depth understanding of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including form setup, workflows, notifications, and user roles.
• Basic scripting abilities in JavaScript for creating and altering business rules, client scripts, and other customizations.
• Proficient in managing user roles, groups, permissions, and data import/export techniques.
• A minimum of B2 level English proficiency is required.
