Service/Application Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for sleep laboratories and physicians in private practice.

• Deliver expert support to clients in the everyday functioning of the systems.

• Install and set up new devices and systems at customer locations.

• Conduct maintenance and servicing tasks.

• Provide clear and confident training to users.

• Bring in-depth technical knowledge, straightforward explanations, and a customer-focused attitude.

⛳️ Requirements

• A state-certified medical technician training is preferred.

• A solid understanding of physiological concepts (EEG, ECG, etc.) is advantageous.

• Comprehension of medical and technical principles.

• Poised and professional presence.

• Strong focus on customer service and support.

• Organizational skills with a readiness to travel.

• Proficient in PC usage and well-versed in the complete MS Office suite.
