This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee a specified territory by conducting food safety and sanitation audits, as well as servicing chemical dispensing systems, including ware wash platforms.
• Educate customer associates on the appropriate use of products, systems, and food safety sanitation protocols to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Enhance sales by offering inventory evaluations and solution-focused service recommendations during customer interactions.
• Install, maintain, and guarantee the effective operation of chemical dispensing equipment.
• Detect sanitation discrepancies and propose corrective measures to uphold high cleanliness standards, while addressing significant issues with the customer’s Quality Assurance team or relevant management.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Ensure the cleanliness, protection, and upkeep of assigned equipment, vehicles, and all company assets; perform internal reporting and administrative tasks as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety or sanitation.
• At least 2 years of experience with Email, Excel, and Word.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time (including overnight travel as necessary).
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• NEHA -CP-FS certification or the commitment to obtain certification within one year of employment; RS, REHS, CP-FS, NRFSP registered preferred (or to be earned within the first 12 months of employment).
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions to achieve company objectives.
• Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and self-motivated.
